Imman Meffert 20 Gauge Side By Side Shotgun, Suhl, Germany, first half of the 20th century. Serial number 52301, 30 in. barrels with textured rib marked 'IMMAN MEFFERT, SUHL,' the barrels marked 'MADE IN GERMANY' and with 'FLUSSSTAHL KRUPP ESSEN' emblems; boxlock with finely engraved foliate scroll and wildlife scenes; walnut stock with finely checkered pistol grip wrist and black rubber butt plate. Length of pull 14, overall lg. 46 1/8 in. Chamber 3 in. Minimum left barrel wall thickness .028 in. Minimum right barrel wall thickness .025 in. Left choke .612 in. Right choke .609 in. **Successful bidder must arrange pickup/transfer through a federal firearms licensee.** Condition: Barrels have a trace of bluing but are largely toned to gray, bores are bright; stock shows wear from use and has scattered light dings, dents, and blemishes; action functions properly.
